Cashless tipping is good for your health

When the Federal Reserve starts quarantining money you know something serious is happening! While it may seem like a far-fetched idea it is actually happening according to a recent Washington Post article that explains it applies for 7 to 10 days for US dollars returning from Europe. If you weren’t entirely convinced about going cashless prior to the arrival COVID-19 hopefully this information and the latest events have caused you to reconsider as we enter into the era of social distancing and no contact service. Whether it is due to the pandemic or just as a preventive measure going forward it is even more critical that we seriously embrace change about handling cash because putting the blinders on can literally make us sick. This is due to the fact that according to the same recent Washington Post article over 90 percent of paper money in the United States has contains bacterial colonization mostly from Staph aureus, Salmonella and E. coli. I don’t know about you but I certainly don’t want any part of that if it can be avoided. The good news is that if you’re a condo resident or member of a private club affiliated with Gratuii the need to handle cash should be minimal. Whether it’s settling your bills with automatic payments or using Gratuii to provide gratuity there is no longer any need to risk your health. Some countries such as Sweden are almost entirely cashless societies already so we may already be behind the curve!
