All this is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and Gratuii Inc., as follows:

  • When you as a guest or client in a property download Gratuii and you are linked to a property or hotel, certain information about you is shared with the property or hotel, and its registered employees, staff, or service providers, including your profile, full name, the full name of any additional guest, your profile picture, your room or member number, and other information you agree to share.
  • When you make a request to a department, staff member or service provider on the hotel or property, certain information about you is shared to the department, staff member or service provider on the hotel or property, including your profile, full name, the full name of any additional guest, your profile picture, your room or member number, and other information you agree to share.
  • When you as a guest or client in a property or hotel tip an employee, staff member, department, or service provider of the hotel or property, certain information about you is shared to the employee, staff, service provider, and to the hotel or property, including your profile, full name, your profile picture, your room or member number, the tip amount, and other information you agree to share.
  • When you as a guest or client in a property or hotel interact, rate and/or give a comment to an employee, staff member, department, category, or service provider of the hotel or property, certain information about you is shared to the employee, staff member, service provider, and to the hotel or property, including your profile, full name, your profile picture, your room or member number, the star rating, text messages, and comments, and other information you agree to share.

  • When you as an employee, service provider, or staff member, receive a tip or a request from a client or guest in a property or hotel you are linked to, certain information about you is shared with the property or hotel, its registered employees, staff, service providers, active guests and clients using Gratuii, including your profile, full name, employee or staff number, your profile picture, and other information you agree to share.

Gratuii Inc. may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Site or Apps, in order to determine what Gratuii Inc. services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Gratuii Inc. to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
